Experiment with watermelon or organic apples or ripe papaya,
blended with baby (7 day old) greens (even weeds like lambsquarter and purslane,
but not spinach, turnip greens, or cabbage and other cruciferous veggies unless they are krauted),
with a tablespoon of soaked flax seed (not ground), figs,
a tablespoon of soaked and rinsed dulse leaf,
blended and poured into a bowl with 2 ounces of avocado diced on top in the am
and 12 soaked for a day, rinsed almonds blended in in the pm, instead of the avocado being diced on top.
Chew every mouthful 30 times before you swallow it and listen to peaceful music while you’re eating.
